The 6-storey 73-unit purpose-built apartment at 11646 Tecumseh Road East is the first eco-friendly building in SW Ontario featuring three renewable energy initiatives. They include a geothermal exchange designed by Enbridge Sustain and a solar PV system on the rooftop installed by Solera. The third one is the installation of Level 2 EV chargers. The combined use of solar and thermal energy would make the building an almost carbon-free property.
