The 239-unit development is so far the largest condominium project ever built in the Windsor-Essex County. Built in the future residential hub of the Town of LaSalle, the four towers offer 68 2-storey villas and townhomes (about 1,600 sq ft). They were sold at a very competitive price compared to million-dollar single-family homes in the nearby upscale subdivisions. The two 8-storey buildings fronting Laurier Parkway, upon completion by the end of 2025, will be the tallest building in the Town. Like LaSalle Horizons, the mammoth condo-development features a 256-kW solar system and a colossal club house for the sole benefit of the residents.
